I am pleased to welcome you through the official website of the Faculty of Science, Arish University, which since its inception in 2016 has sought to exert maximum effort in various academic and administrative aspects seeking to the usual leadership of the faculty of science.

At the undergraduate level, the undergraduate faculty bylaw of the Faculty of Science was approved by Ministerial Decision No. 790 on 2023 in accordance with the unified framework of the Basic Sciences Sector Committee of the Supreme Council of Universities.

The faculty of science currently includes six basic scientific programs, and three distinguished special scientific programs have been initiated in the academic year 2023/2024, namely the Microbiology and Biochemistry Program, the Nanochemistry and Materials Science Program, and the Molecular Biotechnology Program, which aim to graduate highly qualified graduates capable of competing in the local and international labor market.

At the postgraduate studies and research level, the faculty offers various pre-master's programs and diplomas of graduate studies, and as a part of the college administration concern to raise the efficiency of graduate graduates, the research laboratories have been developed and provided with the up to date equipment necessary to conduct distinguished scientific research, and the scientific journal of the faculty has also been launched on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank in order to encourage graduate students to publish their research outputs, which contributes to raising the research productivity of the faculty.

In conclusion, I emphasize the faculty's concern to continuously update and develop its programs, apply academic and program accreditation standards, and raise the level of performance of the faculty's employees, including faculty members, teaching assistants’ staff, administrators, technicians and students, utilizing college's distinguished scientific and administrative cadres, to achieve Egypt’s vision 2030, in line with the university's strategy and objectives.
